本公司於二零一五年七月十五日在開曼群島根據開曼群島公司法第22章（一九六一年第3號法例，經綜合及修訂）註冊成立為獲豁免有限公司，其股份於二零一五年十二月二十九日在香港聯合交易所有限公司GEM上市。

本集團主要從事膨潤土開採、生產及銷售鑽井泥漿及冶金球團用膨潤土業務、金融服務業務及租賃業務。

2004

頒發黃湖膨潤土採礦許可證開始生產冶金球團用膨潤土。

該礦的採礦面積約為7.2982 km2，允許的年生產能力為230,000 m3（相當於約40萬噸/年）。

2010

開始生產鑽井泥漿。

2014

獲安徽省科學技術廳；安徽省財政廳；安徽省國家稅務局；及安徽省地方稅務局頒發高新技術企業證書

Our Company was incorporated in the Cayman Islands under the Companies Law, Chapter 22 (Law 3 of 1961, as consolidated and revised) of the Cayman Islands as an exempted company with limited liability on 15 July 2015 and its shares were listed on the GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 29 December 2015.

Our Group is principally engaged in bentonite mining, production and sales of drilling mud and pelletising clay, financial service business and rental business.

2004

Mine with a mining area of approximately 7.2982 km2 and a permitted production capacity of 230,000 m3 per annum (equivalent to approximately 400,000 tpa). Issuance of our mining licence for our Huanghu Bentonite Commencement of commercial production of pelletising clay.

2010

Commencement of commercial production of drilling mud.

2014

Awarded 高新技術企業證書(High Technology Enterprise Certificate) by 安徽省科學技術廳(Science Technology Department of Anhui Province),

安徽省財政廳(Anhui Provincial Department of Finance),

安徽省國家稅務局(Administration of Tax of Anhui Province) and
