蕪湖飛尚非金屬材料有限公司主要業務是在中國安徽省開發黃湖膨潤土礦，以及在中國生產和銷售膨潤土產品。我們目前的主要產品包括：（i）鑽井泥漿；（ii）及冶金球團用膨潤土。我們還出售原始形式的未加工粘土。我們開始：（i）2004年膨潤土開採業務；（ii）2004年商業生產冶金球團用膨潤土；（iii）於2010年商業化生產鑽探泥漿。
黃湖膨潤土礦為露天膨潤土礦，許可開採面積約為7.2982 km2。根據獨立技術報告，考慮到我們目前的生產率和未來的估計年產量，截至2015年7月1日，黃湖膨潤土礦的估計剩餘礦山壽命為79年。

Wuhu Feishang Non-metallic Material Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the development of our Huanghu Bentonite Mine in Anhui province, the PRC, and the production and sale of bentonite products in the PRC. Our current principal products include: (i) drilling mud; and (ii) pelletising clay. We also sell unprocessed clay in its original form. We commenced: (i) bentonite mining operations in 2004; (ii) commercial production of pelletising clay in 2004; and (iii) commercial production of drilling mud in 2010.
Huanghu Bentonite Mine is an open-pit bentonite mine with a permitted mining area of approximately 7.2982 km2. According to the Independent Technical Report, the estimated remaining mine life of Huanghu Bentonite Mine was 79 years as at 1 July 2015, after taking into account our current production rates and our estimated annual production rate going forward.
